I'm going for a hike with my Dad but it is not really exercise, its just activity. In a week I'm going out for Dim Sum with some friends, so I'm going to eat clean until then and save up my extra calories for that day.
I did NMTZ this morning! And thinking of taking my two dogs for a run later on this evening. I have some studying to do for my final tomorrow in my EKG class. ugghh haha
