Hiitdogs

I didn't do Cardio Coach, but I almost stopped Cardio & Weights the other night after the last cardio routine, and then I thought, "Carola wouldn't stop," and I kept on until the end. :D Might not sound like much, but I've been pretty slack lately. Thanks, Carola!!

But let's set this straight, it is YOU who is responsible for all of this, if it wasn't for you I'd still be without CC and stuck in a miserable existence. I was thinking the same thing after I read the first few posts.

(I wonder if we'll see some WWCD merchandise up for sale at www.cafepress.com ? Anyone who want to can upload text and images to create things for themselves or to sell. Just an idea!)
 
Carola, I did Vol. 8 this morning and let me tell you, it was TOUGH. I wanted to quit because it was really hard but I didn't. I thought about you getting your treatments and listening to Sean, wishing and wanting to be able to run yourself. So I kept going for you. Between you, Sean, and Cathe saying "You can do anything for a minute" I did it.
