Was up until 3:30 AM last night and so not enough sleep. Until this book is done, I'll probably alternate and up really late 1 night and then the next -- to be early and get enough sleep and keep alternating until the book is done. I just have so much to do -- about 160 more pages now and only 8 days left.
Today was anaerobics only from HSTA -- and in the evening as I was writing all day. Got in 15 pages today but it took the entire day.

Janie - did you cave yet and get Booty Ballet? I just love it. Did the Bollywood Sculpting again today. So much fun and once you get to know the routine a bit better you can really get the abs into it! This week will be a repeat of the second week of the rotation and then next week I think I will do two weeks of the CLX burn phase. Those two weeks will take a while since I now have two trials, back to back and I guess I'll have to be like KK and work a lot. Darn it.
Well, off to get some sewing done and some more wine sipping. hehe
Golly, I have so much to do, I hardly know where to start. Anyway, today was blasts only from Intensity series IMAX2. About 39 minutes.
Janie and Rhea both, thank you for your encouragement. Truth is, however, I have so much to do and not enough time to do it in. Am so behind on this book. The only thing I know to do, h owever, is keep plugging away at it and try to make that deadline.

KK, You poor thing. I feel so sorry for so much time you have to spend on writing. Don't worry about not exercising for one day. You have work to do! Yes, I did burn a lot of caloires, but only because I had a lot of energy. Today so far, I did Power Max for 35 min. and burned 258 calories. I plan on doing yoga later and perhaps will burn another 200 or so. I'll let you know. But right now, I'm spent.Been working all day on the book -- had to go back and fix what was wrong earlier and come forward -- only 10 pages today -- but I've put in a 14 hour day so far. Sigh...
Forgot to work out today -- got up and started work and just forgot -- probably I'll go do some cardio now before I go to bed. Goodness!

Today I did slip in Total Body Sculpting with heavy weight -- the time on it is right. Geez, this book is going so slowly and I have so little time left on it. It's going to be another all nighter for me tonight -- I'm kinda alternating all nighters right now until this book is finished.

Boy, I'm always amazed at the effort it takes me to write a book. Oh, well. I'm 80 pages away now. After these next 2 scenes or so, it's then a push just to tell the rest of the story and bring the book to its conclusion. But that's still beyond where I am right now.
Anyway, today was my day off -- tomorrow I may not be exercising per se as I intend on staying up most of the night -- really need to write 20 pages, which is so hard for me to do. And the next time I write a book, I need to begin it much before now.
Janie, Power Max it kinda tough cardio, isn't it? So cool that you did 45 minute of it.
Georgie and my other male cat, Midnight are so cute. They hang out together and play, play, play. Georgie never really had a playmate when he was young -- only me -- I rescued him when he fit in my hand. So I think this playing is really good.
I went through the moisturing soap, Janie. Wow! My hands were so dry and rough and your soap made them soft again. What a good product.

Well, I didn't quite put in an all nighter last night -- was up till 3AM and then just couldn't keep my eyes open any longer. Will get some good sleep tonight, and then tomorrow, it'll be an all nighter again.
Book is coming slow. But at least it's coming.
No workout today -- another day off as I just didn't have enough sleep.
