Cathe stability ball

I got a Cathe stability ball and just got it inflated tonight. I LOVE it! That's what I'm talking about! It was not some puny el cheapo. This had real stablility for lack of a better word. It even looks so pretty! I got the pink one. Did a few exercises with it, but can't wait to use it with some of my Cathe videos. It doesn't take much to excite me! Even my ten year old daughter likes it!

We used them at the Road Trip last year -- I was so impressed with its quality.

I should have ordered a ball, darn it! I have 2 freebie balls. I never realized they could burst. That would be funny though
