"Cathe is hard"

Back in November one of my friends called me & asked which Cathe dvd she should start with. She does wo regularly but not to Cathe. I suggested BM2 - I felt an all around good wo. A little bit of everything! She has done it a few times but I don't believe much. She calls me this morning whining "Cathe is HARD!!!" :p She couldn't believe I wo with her every day!!
Made me feel ....WOW!!! I'm tough! GGGRRRRR
We're a special bunch! Thanks Cathe for making us so tough! ;)

None of my fellow co-workers have taken me up on the offer to try a Cathe DVD, even though, according to them..it's just a woman leading an exercise DVD...how hard could it be???

Ohhhh, if only I could get one of them to try Boot Camp or Drill Max!

My running joke is..."What do Cathe and the Philadelphia Eagles have in common?"....They both force me to yell obscenities at my TV in a moment's notice!
