My 10 yo is done with basketball for this year and the two of them (10 & 7) don't start baseball practice until April, so this afternoon I took them downstairs and we did some things with the bands for upper body. Only the basic moves as they didn't get their coordination from me.
Then I was having them do some cardio drills and decided to pop in the first plyo legs workout. They loved it! I flipped through the menu and chose things that didn't use weights. Too cold to play outside much and this is going to work out really well. They really need to burn off some of that energy!
