Anybody have/use this? Looks pretty neat! Wouldn't mind something like this after STS - no weights yet what looks to be a great workout. I saw it on the Biggest Loser last night and was fascinated.

Me too! In fact, DH says he used to have one, but he doesn't know where it is. He says it was great. Maybe I should make him look for it...

i have it and love it! it is so functional and you can make the exercises difficult. the one i got comes with an exercise booklet displaying all the exercises you can do with it. Their website is also very informative. Its kind of pricey but i think its worth it. Its also great to bring on vacation.

Don't know if that is something that they always have or not but I am thinking about it. Kariev - do you have the thing that you put into a beam? If not, what do you use? We don't have any good trees here!

i have the piece that connects to the beam and the one you can attach it to the door at home.

....LOVE IT!!!! 'Course I'm all about body weight exercises anyway, so I think it's great. They now use them on the Biggest Loser, too. Ditch your weights & use this - it's all you need! Plus push-ups & chins, too! My two favorite exercise toys - the TRX & Perfect Pushups.

Well, looks like this will be one of my new things!

Kariev - I will have to look for the door thing too - did not see that. Cakebaker - I have the Perfect Push-Ups too - DD likes to use them for Sit-n-Spins! I'm glad I got them - they are a big help on push ups.

I have been looking at their site - to those who have this, which do you have? Seems the home version would be just fine but I want it to last. And how are the DVDs? I was looking at the posters too. The home one comes with some DVDs - would the separate core one be worthwhile or do the DVDs have core work included? Thanks in advance -
