Well, first off, Andrea is really nice and easy to talk to. We spent the whole time working on fitness tests and assessments so I didn't even touch a kettlebell
She said I scored higher than most people on the assessments and mentioned how she likes working with athletes like myself
I don't consider myself an athlete but I work hard at staying physically fit. She spent an extra 45 minutes with me at no charge and gave me a number of exercises to help with issues I have as a result of past injuries. Next week we start with the basic KB moves, swings, windmills etc.. She was using a 36 pound KB with complete ease and just blew me away. All the power came from her hips and core...it was awesome to watch.
So next week I'll let you know how I do with the actual KB. Can't wait!!
