I really don't even want to post this here on cathe.com but just an FYI - WalMart has a Gold's Gym weighted vest identical to the Cathe vest except it is 12 lbs. They have it in the store. I have the Cathe vest and am happy to have it (would NOT want a Gold's Gym one ) but know that some people may want to try one on first. I did find that using my Cathe vest unbuckled helped with the comfort issue I was having...another FYI for any tall users.

Actually when I was browsing the Altus catalogue on the RT, I saw they made a 12 lb weighted vest, identical to Cathe's, just without her name on it.

I'm gonna take a wild guess though & assume Walmart's is less expensive.

I forgot to look at the price. I was too busy saying to myself...hmmm, that is IDENTICAL! Same color, same little holder thing, same everything except no Cathe name and 2 lbs lighter...hmmmm. Then I walked off to get some cereal that I then found out they no longer carry. Now I get to go to work and be questioned by an attorney (thankfully ours for now and not the opposing attorney) about a girl who got fired and is now suing for a year's salary (no small amount either).

Hi Ladies

Butting in b/c I brought a Gold's Gym weighted vest at Walmart last night, I got the 20lber and love it. I paid $49.77, + tax for it. They have lots of equipment I was actually impress with there equipment. They have Kettle balls too, I seen the 20lbers for $29.00, just me 0.2cents

A 20# kettlebell for $29? That's a great deal (unless it's some funky bad product).

What brand was it?

Were there other weights? (I'm hankering for a 30# bell, because some moves would just work better with something more than 26#, but less than 35#, which I already have).
