Hi. I am considering purchasing the Xtrain bundle. I'm also eyeballing afterburn (and the other LIS cardio/cross/ strength workouts), crossfire, and HIIT. I'm new to Cathe, so I'm not familiar with these workouts aside from the video clips. Would getting just the Xtrain (using the blender) pretty much cover what these others do? Or are these others different enough to purchase as well or instead of? I exercise at an advanced level and like an intensity on the level of Insanity/Asylum, but with more variety. I will for sure get the xtrain strength workouts, so my question is regarding the cardio/cross training workouts in that series verses the others. Thanks so much!
