I must say, that I agree with all of you that Cathe's workouts are the best!!, and you can't beat her personality. I only thought Karen Voights Great Weighted workout was nice to throw in once in a while, and if you have the strength, it doesn't go to fast, you have to isolate the muscles and concentrate. I do Cathe's PS series mostly, and still found my quad's were very sore after the Great Weighted workout! I don't care for cardio very much although I know I need it, and I find I have too much trouble following moves
in the step Video's and then I get Frustrated. I am addicted to strength training.
