it's called 5 Day Total Body Express :). 5 workouts each 30 min (give or take)...they are:

Chest and Adductors
Abs/Back/Calves
Shoulders & Abductors
Bi's & Quads
Tri's & Hams/Glutes

I tried to use a lot of variety and tried to make them "flow" as much as possible, If you try, hope you like!
