WM not showing the % of 1RM

I was doing an excel sheet of all STS program and noticed that there are a lot of exercises not listing the % of 1RM that you should use for that workout.

STS, can you please place this request on the list of bugs to be fixed.

I still do need to proof the STS exercises but there are many reasons why you will not see a 1RM for an exercise. For example, we will only list the the 1RM for the firt set of a drop set. Then you decrease your weight by 20% (you don't decrease your % of 1RM by 20%). For the third set you dcrease your weight again by 20%. Thus, only the first set of a drop set will show the % of 1RM.

In disc 38,39 and 40 all of the totals are based on disc 37 where we do show the % of 1RM. You then increase your weight by 5%, not your 1RM. Each field has a mathmatical formula that will do all of these calculations for you, so you don't have to worry about the math. Other cases where you will not see a % of 1RM are push ups, pull ups, calves, band work, floor work, double wave loads and Plyo moves.

I'm sure there are some mistakes in the list, but most are correct. When things setlle down I'm going to proof everything really well. I also know there are a few exercises that were changed during filming or editing from what is on the list, but there are only a few of these.
