Wireless Microphones - suggestions?

We are looking at purchasing a new/used system for a small local gym. Any suggestions of what is good / reliable / bad / definitely a no no would be greatly appreciated. Cathe is the most energetic instructor I know so I figured this would be the place to ask.

Samson Airline headset

We prefer the Samson Airline headset. All head worn microphones can have issues because of sweat, but we have found this microphone to be the best. There are no wires or a body worn transmitter which eliminates a lot of problems.
