Thank you, I appreciate your feedback.I just did Strong and Sweaty Bootcamp and it has both I think. I made it more of a strength workout by upping the weight. Come to think of it, her bootcamp dvds often have compound moves in them. Think also of metabolic conditioning dvds-they often have compound moves. Unilateral moves are throughout her lifting workouts. Get a variety and you'll have plenty of moves to choose from.
