        carrying a weighted pack-I did a 10k race with 42 lbs on my back in August-now I'm up to 50 lbs--look at goruck.com

        Good grief! My DH thru-hiked the Appalachian Trail with a 50 pound pack and it nearly did him in! (He finished in 92 days!)...I can't imagine running with that kind of weight. WOW!!!
