Where to reboot after illness

So, I finished X-Train three weeks ago and LOVED every workout. Headed straight to SMS, finished the first week and the day before week 2, came down with cellulitis in my right arm. (I have lymphedema in that arm from breast cancer surgery). In the hospital for 2 days with IV antibiotics and now at the breast surgeons waiting to see next steps. My question is; once I get the go-ahead to start exercising, what do I start with? Do I go right back to STS? Or is there another of your DVD'S or series of them that I should start with? I'm assuming I'm going to get the go ahead to start cardio before reistance training, but once I get the green light, I have no idea where to start to build back up with weights.
