Good Morning All,

I have been working out with Cathe for about three months now, and before that I had worked out with The Firm. I am trying my hardest to eat clean, and have been working out at least five days a week. My clothes are not fitting any looser, and I am getting concerned that maybe I am not doing something right. I have all of Cathe's DVDs and was wondering if someone could help me develop a rotation that would kick the inches off?

I experienced some similar results. My answer was to eat totally clean for a few days and keep working out as usual. I had some defined muscles that were pushing my fat out making my clothes feel tight. After I ate clean for a few days(4, I think) the next morning it was amazing - I had muscles and my clothes fit looser.

Good luck. Don't give up.
 
Thank you for your reply, I am going to try that and see if it works. I never thought about it, but it does make sense.
