Good for you, Nikki. Power Circuit is one tough workout, but it's one of my favorites of her new tapes. It moves so fast, you can't get bored -- but you sure can get winded!

I like your attitude. Hang in there. Push yourself a little, but not too much. Every week, try to add on a few more minutes. You'll be amazed how quickly you'll see the fat burn off and the muscles underneath.
