Surprising 1RM stats

I did my first few 1RM tests today, and saw where I was in comparison to the average of Cathe Nation...my seated lat raise average is lower than average..kind of surprised by that, but then I do realize the majority of you have been working out with Cathe alot longer than me..definitely an area I look forward to improving upon.

I love this kind of stuff, comparing numbers, statistics, I spent far too much time in high school trying to figure out my favorite ballplayers' updated batting avearge, and not enough time studying geometry, but that's another story!
