STS and Kickboxing with a heavy bag, ok to do both?

I have used Cathe dvd's for 6 years but last year I also joined a kickboxing club where we punch a true heavy bag. The workout includes boxing, abs, legwork without weights and alot of drills involving push ups and squat thrusts. I usually do this 3 times a week and cathe's weighted workouts the other 2-3 days. I am committing to the STS program so I was wondering if that in combination with the boxing would be too much for my body. How should I combine both if at all?

Hi Christina! You can include whatever cardio workouts you'd like to with STS. This kickboxing class sounds like a cardio/muscle endurance workout which is just fine to mix in with STS. If your happy and still seeing impressive results doing this class three times per week, continue on. But if you ever feel your results plateauing be sure to change a couple of the kickboxing workouts to other types of cardio workouts to continuously shock your body. Take Care :)
