Specifically #523 is Static Low End Lunge Same Leg 3/1 Count,
and #468 is One Leg Deadlift (Toes Elevated) 3/1 Count.
How do we do the test for these exercises? I figure there must be some sort of modification (similar to the 21s), because if we do a 1RM test for lunges and deadlifts (which we already do), the result will be off because of how long this particular set goes.
