Sausages by Amylu brand - Anyone ever try?

Has anyone tried this brand of chicken sausages? They were selling the Apple and Gouda Cheese flavored ones at Costco, but I didn't want to spend $15 on a pack of sausages if I never tried it before. Sounds yummy. It's nitrate-free and pretty low on the cals and fat. Anyone tried them before? If yes, your opinions would be appreciated!!

I've never tried the brand you mentioned but just the other night I tried chicken sausage in a roasted garlic flavor made my Al Fresco and it was wonderful! It too said it has no nitrates as well as a lot of the other crap found in your standard sausage. I compared the nutritional information to a pkg of standard italian sausage and found it to be much healthier including much lower sodium!! I figured the sodium might be spiked since other stuff was taken away but that was not the case. I found this brand in my local Pathmark store.
