Just wanted to say I absolutely love your tapes and it is an inspiration watching you lift those weights!! I have a question and would appreciate any advice you could give me. I am looking to firm and sculpt--and if I lost 5lb in the process that would be a bonus. I have been reading a lot about rotations and was wondering if you could tell me if the one I developed would be helpful for me. I have a slipped disc in my back and as much as I love your cardio tapes, I no longer can do jumping jacks, jogging, etc--so many times I am overmodifying aerobic tapes. Here is what I was thinking. I am 5'3 and 129lb

Monday: PS Legs & Abs
Tuesday: PS all upper body and Abs
Wednesday: Cardio( however the cardio tapes I have are not strictly cardio--they are interval training with weights --low impact)
Thursday: Power Hour
Friday: PS shoulder/tricep/chest & Abs

Thanx for all your help. Also I would appreciate any tapes of yours that I could do low impact without having to modify it (it is a bummer to modify so I would rather just have low impact)
