rotater cuff exercise

I really appreciate the rotater cuff exercise in the S&H shoulders section. I want to continue to do a rotater cuff exercise weekly even after my S&H rotation ends. Do I just keep doing this one or do any of the shoulder exercises on your other tapes work for this? None of them say they do. Thanks! --Karen

I have recently started adding that exercise onto any other upper body workout that I do. I like that one too. Sorry, I don't know the answer to your question.

Hi Karen,
The only other tape I have with the rotater cuff exercise on it is Arms of Steel by Gilad.It is done standing up using both arms simultaneously & he recommends light weights.I am sorry I don't know if other shoulder exercises work this specific area.
It's good I always feel it.

Here's another rotator cuff exercise you can do with resistence bands:

Wrap the band around a door knob.
Stand with your body perpendicular to the door.
Bend your outside arm at the elbow and rotate your arm in across your body.
Put the band in your outside hand.
Holding onto the band, rotate your arm across your body and continue until you can't rotate anymore. (so the band is going across your body).
Adjust the tension of the band to suit your needs.
