Resistance tubing

Hi everyone!
I haven't been here for a while, I relapsed and now I'm back with a quick question. I just received Cathe's 3 latest workouts, but have no idea how or where to get the resistance tubing Cathe uses. How do you know which one to get? Or all they all the same?

I bought mine at Target. It's not an issue with me to get whatever Cathe uses in her videos. The tubing I bought came with 3 tubes. Light, medium, and advanced for your level of fitness. I think I paid under $20 for them.
 
U am the same in that it doesn't have to be the same as Cathe uses but I didn't know if they cam in different resistances or which one I should buy. I will shop around for something like you have with different levels of resistance.

Hi Marsha~Here is a link to Fitness Wholesale that sells the tubing for a very inexpensive price. Keep in mind that level #1 would be the easiest and level #4 would be the hardest. You might want to get a couple different levels and see what works. Good Luck!

Also...

I have the #2 yellow tubing and use it for Cathe's Body Fusion tape and it works well. I am going to get the teal #3 for MORE of a challenge just to let you know what works for ME.

HI....I dont know if anyone else had this problem, but my tubing broke while doing the workout. I had a medium tubing from Dick's sporting goods. I switched to a heavy grade i bought from Jazzercise several years ago but found it didnt seem long enough for me. It was hard to pull and use, so i'm using hand weights from now on.

I bought the yellow, teal, and silver ones at Fitness Wholesale Online (a link is posted I believe already in another post). They just arrived today! I didn't check out Target or any other store because it's so much easier to shop online, and I knew they'd be here quickly. I just love that site! They ship things out right away, and I've never had a problem with them.
