I'm actually asking this question for my sister. She and her husband live in the Midwest but may have to relocate to either to the Denver or Colorado Springs area or to Flagstaff, Arizona area. Can anyone tell me more about the year round climates, cost of living, crime, etc. They have no children, are both working but getting close to retirement so this may be their ultimate retirement community as well. They like the outdoors, don't mind a little snow, but they're definitely sick of shoveling snow for months! Thanks!
