A Rebounder...

Lauren, it's a mini trampoline. Rebounders have been a hot topic lately on the Video Fitness forum. Many of us got a great deal on rebounders at a conference in January and many others have been finding super deals at Ebay for similar rebounders. The selection of tapes, however, is limited and, I'm sure all here understand, once you've found Cathe's workouts...you always have to wonder how she would add her twist to a new piece of equipment or hot exercise fad of the moment.

I sold a good quality mini :-jumpy trampoline in a garage sale for a couple of $$!! We were trying to weed thru all our junk to downsize and figured I never used it anyway. Cathe might make me wish I had never sold that thing!
