RCR-VALSLIDES

Hi gals! Would anyone happen to know if the Valslides sold on Amazon (by Go Fit - I think that is an Amazon exclusive brand) is the same Valslides sold on Valerie Water's website? It's $24.99 and comes with a dvd and guide card. They look the same! And the product description says they were created by Valerie Waters. But just wondering if there are differences in dimensions, material, etc.

I'm gearing up for my RCR workout! Also, do you need the Valband? Or could you substitute a exercise band and use it like in firewalkers in Butts & Gutts?

I'm pretty sure they are the same. I bought the same package as you describe with the DVD and guide card at Target so you might want to check there...same cost too. They work great and are a lot of fun. I found no real need for the Valband, I just substitute an exercise band like Cathe uses for firewalkers.
