I am so sorry to bother you again. I went to fitday to start entering my food. I have had 2T of pnut butter as my only fat (so far). IT said 23 grams, 206 cal. which they say is already 39% of my fat. Am I reading the graph right? That doesn't seem like 39% of my daily allowance already. Is this right? Once again, sorry to bother you but your knowledge has been so helpful.

You have to enter everything you are going to eat today to get an accurate reading. If you haven't, then yes, it's probably right.

Peanut butter is pretty much all fat compared to the protein/carb macros in it.

If you have a problem with fitday I can send you my Excel sheet that I use to keep track of my meals. If you have Excel, it works well. I'd need your email address, though.
