Question about eating fish

Hi all, just had a quick question: if I had salmon last night, is it ok to have tuna fish for lunch today? I get so confused on how much, what kind is safe, etc.

Thanks!

Klaudia.....I hope so. Because there are weeks where I have tilapia one night, tuna the next, salmon the next, and tuna later that same DAY! LOL

Ceratinly nota professional answer but I have done that before - fish 2 days in a row. I can't keep track either of how many times for this that & every other thing. About the time I figure it out, they'll change it anyway ;)

I rarely eat land animals these days...mostly veggies, grains, and a variety of fish. I haven't keeled over yet. Good luck to you!

you should try to minimize farm-raised fish as they contain higher levels of mercury then wild caught. you can buy cans of wild caught salmon and there's wild caught fish available in almost grocery stores. i tend to eat fish 4x/week, fyi.
