Pyramid Uppper Body question

Hi,

I am new to weight training and I have been doing Pyramid upper for three weeks every other day. My question is this, will I see results first in my shoulder area or biceps/triceps? Generaly were do you see results first?

This is different for everyone. I tend to gain in my shoulders first. You shouldn't be doing this tape everyother day though. I would recommend only twice a week. Your muscles build themselves while they rest not while they work.

WOW!!!! totally learned something today! I did not know it was better to just do lifting 2x a week. I thought the more the better...
