Premixes on Step Blast DVD

Hi,

I am thinking of getting the Step Blast and SJP DVD. I don't really enjoy hi/lo so really want this DVD for the premixes on Step Blast. Could anyone tell me about those and do you use them?

I use the premixes, and they are fun. From SB,you can do the combos only or just combo 2,3 and challenge(more like that). You can also do step blast and the step from sjp which is fun. Those are the ones I use, there are others. Even if you don't like hi/lo, I think there is a premix for SJP with step and weights only. You may want to try the hi/lo anyway, it has weight training segments between the hi/lo so its not the same as MIC. I think you will really enjoy this DVD and there are so many options you won't be bored.

I really like this DVD and the premixes, and I'm not much of a Hi/Lo fan. You can do the SB and SJP step parts all together, or mix them up w/ the weights. It's really versatile and a great addition to a collection, IMO!

I use the premixes a lot. There is an 81 minute circuit which uses the step portions of Step Blast and the weight portions of Step Jump & Pump.
