Please help me put together a rotation

I'd like to put together a 4 week rotation using my favorite work outs. I'd like to keep 2 days for running only (thursday and saturday). I'd also prefer to focus on upper body just a bit more than lower body. I could stand to lose 3 or 4 pounds but don't want that to be the focus of the rotation. I'd just like a well rounded rotation. If you guys could help me out I'd really appreciate it. My workout favorites include:

To The Max
Cross Fire
Hiit
4 DS - weight lifting portions only
Muscle Max
IMAX 2
Afterburn
Athletic Training
Gym Style Series
Pyramid Series
Slow & Heavy
Power Hour
Pure Strength Series
I also have STS but really prefer to do that as a rotation all by itself.
 
Looking at your list, here is what I'd suggest

Monday & Wed - Choose from TTM, CF, IM2, AB or AT
Tues - Upper Body, add on a Hiit
Thurs & Sat - Run
Fri - Upper Body (or Total Body)
Sun - Stretch and rest
