Mish Mosh in surround sound!

Ok, this past week I went out and got a 5 disc dvd player with surround sound from sony! It was a great deal or I wouldn't have done it. But I'm stoked to go and try a mish mosh finally. I've never tried them because it's too hard to stop, change the dvd, find the chapter, blah, blah, blah.
And it's in surround sound! Woo hoo!

Have fun! This will open up a WHOLE lot of workout options for you...sometimes I'm overwhelmed with all the options and end up just sticking a workout in and doing as is to just finally get on with it...tee hee!!!
