    Happy March Cathletes! Spring is right around the corner and before you know it we’ll be in the midst of summer! You know what that means, time to get a head start and start shaking off the “extra” that we may have earned during these winter months! Prepare for an intense mix of cardio and weights with a bit of additional focus on legs! Ready, set…GO!


    WEEK 1


    M: RWH Lift it HiiT it Legs

    T: Ramped Up Upper Body

    W: Cycle Max (or solid cardio of choice)

    T: Slow & Heavy Legs and Shoulders

    F: All Out Low Impact HiiT

    S: Off

    S: ICE Boot Camp Circuit


    WEEK 2


    M: Ride (or solid cardio of choice)

    T: Cardio Leg Blast

    W: RWH Circuit Upper Body

    T: RWH Low Impact HiiT One

    F: Lean Legs and Abs

    S: OFF

    S: S&S Boot Camp


    WEEK 3


    M: HiiT 40/20

    T: RWH Circuit Lower Body

    W: Pedal Power (or solid cardio of choice)

    T: Pyramid Upper Body

    F: Pyramid Lower Body

    S: OFF

    S: Intensity Series Boot Camp


    WEEK 4


    M: RWH Low Impact HiiT Two

    T: ICE Chiseled Lower Body

    W: Cycle Sweat (or solid cardio of choice)

    T: ICE Chiseled Upper Body

    F: Body Blast Legs and Glutes
