Hi Cathe,
I just wanted to say how much I LOVE all your videos. Well, cannot say I've tried them ALL, but many). And, you ARE an instructor to never let down. I get what I expect (and more, in the best sense of the word).
Through your work you go on inspiring people to get better in many ways.

Personally, I'd love to see more low-impact (but high intensity) workouts, especially with gliding discs). Barre is also great!

And, it would be interesting to see a kettlebell strength (or cicuit) workout by you. Why? Well, you are always very serious about right technique and safety, and kettles need such approach.
