Cathe, based on the photo posted on the blog from Low Impact Circuit, I would say that the evil genius that has served you so well in past workouts is in full gear.}(
Tying the band to a weighted barbell and THEN doing biceps curls?!? OUCH!!!
I'm loving the blog and can't wait to actually try some of these new moves!
 
Hi Atgood! Well, we actually don't tie the band to the bar, we drape it over a certain way and then carefully pick it up. I give you a quick demo of how to do it when we reach that point in the workout. Having the band AND the bar on certain exercises provides the best of both worlds because during the a portion of the range of movememnt in the exercise you are working double the intensity. Then for another portion of the range in the exercise, the band continues the intensity where the barbell leaves off. So no excuses not to feel it }(

From your description -- all the better!! As you've said before -- tough stuff! I appreciate the time you are taking to edit these DVDs; it gives me more time to get in shape to tackle them!
