Lean Long Legs Muscles

Hi. Is there a yoga/pilates type video out there that is good for lengthening the muscles in the legs/thighs? I am a shortish 5'3" so need to focus on thinning out my thighs and believe that yoga/pilates/stretching may be the way to go (along with aerobics and strength training). I bought the Denise Austin Pilates tape that focuses more on the abs (core) which is fine, but I would like more focus on the lower body. Please make any suggestions you feel would benefit me. Thanks
 
I have The Flexband Workout from Stott Pilates and I like it a lot for stretching and lengthening the leg muscles. It's about an hour long and it took me a couple of times to really get it right, but it was worth it. Due to time constraints I don't do it that often anymore but it's a good workout.
