Interval Training

Hi Cathe, Love, love, love the new workouts. One question for you. Would you consider the cardio portions only of the workouts to be interval training because of all the blasts and the way they are structured? Particularly with cardio fusion and low-impact circuit (cardio only). If so, should I only do them a couple of times a week?
For example, I did IMAX 2 and the cardio drills from Drill Max on Sunday and I was going to do 50 minutes of Cardio Fusion today (I'm doing Kick Max until I get your reply).

Thanks for all you do.

Hi Mar! I hope you are doing well :)

If when doing these workouts they feel, work, and wind you in the same manner that an interval workout does, then yes, treat them as an all out interval workout. However, if they are just hard, and have an intervally feel but fall shy of the "real deal" then treat them as an advanced cardio workout.

I hope this helps! Take Care!
