Cathe suggested this rotation for maximum fat loss and overall body conditiioning:

ADVANCED Total Overall Body Blast Workout:

Day 1: Boot Camp
Day 2: off
Day 3: Muscle Endurance
Day 4: Imax2
Day 5: Cardio and Weights
Day 6: Pyramid Lower Body with the first 5 intervals of Imax 2
Day 7: Pyramid Upper Body

I may use this rotation as an alternate:

Day 1: Muscle Endurance or MIS
Day 2: Imax2 or Imax1
Day 3: Cardio and Weights or Circuit Max
Day 4: Pyramid Lower Body with the first 5 intervals of Imax 2
Day 5: Pyramid Upper Body or Pure Strength's CST and BBA
Day 6: Boot Camp or Body Max
Day 7: off

Will this work for subs for Body Blast if you want variety?

Day 1 : PH
Day 2 : CK
Day 3 : CM
Day 4 : S&H Legs with PC cardio ( with leg circuits ) or BMax
Day 5 : PS upper body tapes
Day 6 : Firm Volume 1 or Super Sculpting or Bust & Butt
Day 7 : Mc Donald's :9
 
Cathe included an "interval" workout 1.5 times per week, so I would try to keep it in the rotation at least once a week. I guess you could modify Cardio Kicks to an interval format.
