I just did Cardio Coach #2 on my bike out on the road (pretty quiet, one earbud in, mirror on glasses). He sure motivates me to not let up. Problem is when he wants me at my level 1 heart rate after a climb and I really am on a climb (literally).

I'm with you, I love him too! I love it when he says "you just got better".
