I turned Interval into circuit

I really needed a change in my routine, and Body
Max is one of my all time favorites, Sooooo I modified Interval Max, and turned it into a circuit routine. Instead of doing the anaerobic routine you show, I did endurance weights in that section. I did the recovery, and then the regular aerobic step. It worked out so well. What do you think of this?? I know the music is a little fast for weights but I was able to adjust my speed. it was quite fun!!

I am so excited for you new express videos, I work alot of hours during the spring, and have very little time to devote to exercise. It will be great next spring to throw in one of those.
