I too, need advice from the educated crowd.

I had an incident the other night that really upset me. I had surgery on my right knee and it was swollen and I couldn't put any weight on it. My landlord stops by and asked what was wrong I said oh, the knee I had surgery on is swollen let me show you. I pull my pants up to show him and another guy my knee and I raise my other to show them the difference and they both said "I can't see a difference I'm a pear with a little waist and huge hips, thighs and legs I was so embrassed. My question is how do I get the fat off around and below the knee? I can barely wear calf high boots. My legs haven't always been this big so I know it's just fat.

Any advice? please, I hate it.

Shanda,

Unfortunately you cannot spot reduce. In other words, you cannot decide where the fat will come off. You just have to keep working out and watching your diet and it will come off slowly but surely from all over your body. Give it time. Work hard and you will see the results.

Good luck!

Kristie :)
