I think I prordered STS but I'm not sure?

I think I preordered STS but it's been so long I'm not sure - is there any way that customer service can look up and see if I did? I haven't received anything saying my order has been shipped so I am wondering if I actually did pre order it

Bumping

I am in the same boat. I emailed SNM three days ago and have yet to hear anything on this. The only thing I have heard is that they received the email and would get back to me. Nothing yet.

I have also looked back on my credit cards but it's been more than a year and they purge the online file after 12 months.

I am bumming.

I heard from customer service yesterday & my STS is in the mail today! I can't wait!
