I've heard lots of conflicting views regarding how many times per week to train each muscle group. Some say you need to train twice a week to see and maintain results. Others say that if you train a muscle hard enough, once a week is enough. I'm so confused!
 
Hi Colette! Yes, all of this information can get confusing, but remember, nobody will know the answer to this better than you yourself. So start with the least recommended amount or the method that most appeals to you, and if by three weeks you don't start to notice a change in a positive direction, add subtle changes to it.
