    What are the safe exercises during pregnancy? Swimming, low impact aerobics, brisk walking and indoor cycling are the safe exercises as the risk of getting injured is low. Apart from these, all those pregnancy exercises are safe which are moderate or mild enough to be performed. Hard exercises must be avoided as they may cause rupture of the uterus membrane or abruption of placenta.
