HIIT on a high step?

I only have 4 risers, but was able to do all the jumping moves from STS plyo strength on the high step. So for those of you that have done HIIT, do you think it would be ok to do it on a high step with 4 risers, or will I need to do it on the bigger step with only 2 on each side? I can't quite tell from the on-line clips...

Thanks!

Try both (not at the same time:p) I think you will get plenty of a workout from the big step, but maybe thats just me being wimpy.

I do it, religiously, on my high step, and have no problem. There are a couple moves I have to modify, but I still get a great workout. For instance, on the jacks, jumping up wide and down narrow, I just reverse...narrow jump up and wide jump down. I think you'll be fine! ;)

Using a High step in HiiT

You can use a High Step, but you just need to be a little more careful as the platform is much smaller to land on and you may need to modify a few moves.
