Hi all! Yep, Yay for Friday!

Been a crazy week here. Just leave it at that. Nothing really bad, just crazy, mostly from work. Hours aren't longer, but boy are they intense! WO's are mostly a miss, but at least the dog is getting walked.

Plan for tonight - chill. Tomorrow, up at the crack of dawn, literally, to get to DD's CC meet. So early to bed tonight.

Belinda - How's your body liking the change in wo's? Not going so heavy? You are doing a great job being consistent.

Heidi - Sounds like you are liking your SS wo's. Mostly HiiT/metabolic wo's?

Time to relax. Hope you had a good one.

Today is a stretch and a walk.

Sherry - hope next week will be better than last week. My body is loving the lighter weights. I am down almost 10 lb. I will stay with lighter weights.

Heidi - what results are you seeing with Hiit workouts?

So, nothing today. Had to get to work early so that I could get to DD's CC meet. And that didn't go well. Her PF bothered her so much she didn't finish the race. Need to get her to another sports med doc.
