i used one for the first time and the food stuck to the top. its supposed to be nonstick. i had a veggie burger and squash and had to keep peeling it off. i'm scared to use salmon tomorrow. whats so great about it?
I have my 3rd GF Grill and love it. I have never had food stick before. I spray it with Pam before I use it. I love it because it helps me to eat healthy. I use it almost every day.
Started out with GF grills and now have a T-Fal from amazon. I love these grills and use it all the time. Just make sure it is clean and lightly spray it with oil if needed.
